Terms of Service

1. What the Lab is

The R&D Lab ("the Service", operated by Clawza) gives you a simulated board of AI advisors and simulated audiences that deliberate on questions you submit and produce scored verdicts, reports and plans.

2. AI output is advice-shaped, not advice

Everything the board produces is generated by AI. It can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. It is not financial, legal, medical or investment advice, and you should not treat it as a substitute for professional judgment. Decisions you make remain yours.

3. Your account

You're responsible for your login credentials and for what happens under your account. You must be at least 16 to use the Service. One person per account unless your plan says otherwise.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you submit and of the reports the Lab generates for you. You grant us the limited right to process your submissions in order to run the Service (including sending them to our AI model providers for processing).

5. Plans and billing

Free and paid plans are metered in runs per month. Paid subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise.

6. Fair use

Don't abuse the Service: no attempts to breach security, resell access, scrape at scale, generate unlawful content, or impersonate real people in ways designed to deceive.

7. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may change or discontinue features. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
