Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
- Account data — your email address and a hashed password (via Supabase Auth).
- Your submissions — the questions, materials, and scenarios you put in front of the board, plus the verdicts, transcripts, plans and outcomes the Lab generates and saves to your sessions.
- The Lab's memory of you — advisor memory, your business dossier and outcome track record, built only from your own sessions to make future verdicts sharper.
- Usage metering — run counts for your plan.
2. Where it lives
Your data is stored in our Supabase project (database, auth and storage). Generated advisor portraits are stored in a public image bucket; they contain no personal data about you.
3. Who processes it
To run a deliberation we send your submission to our AI model provider (BytePlus ModelArk, running the GLM-5.2 model) and, for portrait generation, the same provider's Seedream image model. Payments, if you subscribe, are processed by Stripe — we never see your card number. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
4. Sharing
Nothing you do is public unless you explicitly create a share link. Share pages contain the verdict, board names and faces — never your email.
5. Retention and deletion
Your sessions stay until you delete them or your account. To delete your account and all associated data, email yourhousemktg@gmail.com from your account address and we'll complete it within 30 days.
